岗位职责

1、负责棋牌平台的整体推广决策和方案；

2、负责建设和管理推广部门；

3、负责平台的中国，亚洲和欧美的整体线上拉新流量决策和推广；

4、负责各种搜索引擎优化和推广（SEO/SEM）；

5、负责建设平台的用户社群，社区和用户运营引导；

6、负责新媒体（公众号，抖音，视频网）的推广和宣传；

7、负责平台宣传和软文的编辑和投放；

8、负责行业内的知名媒体和大咖合作和赞助；

9、完成市场的拓展，市场调研，渠道建设，广告投放，数据分析。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、有5年以上的线上棋牌推广经验；

3、有管理和带领团队的经验；

4、熟悉并操作过社区/社群运营，拉新，SEM，APP，朋友圈，网盟，广点通；

5、熟悉各种广告模式包括CPM，CPS，DSP等渠道账户；

6、理解各渠道推广原理；

7、熟悉棋牌行业的投放规则和渠道；

8、了解市场营销学，消费者心理学，广告学；

9、具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够敏锐的抓住产品运作中的关键数据，并提出优化方案；

10、热爱棋牌，了解棋牌游戏市场的行业发展趋势和信息动态，熟悉产品及玩家群体；

11、良好的沟通表达能力，抗压力和综合职业修养，团队精神；

12、线上***平台经验优先考虑；

13、有成熟的人脉资源优先考虑；

14、精通中文和英文；

15、海外市场推广经验优先。

Duties:

1. Responsible for the gaming platform’s entire marketing efforts including ROI analysis and management;

2. Responsible for building and managing the marketing team;

3. Responsible for the increasing the platform’s traffic from China, Asia and other western countries;

4. Responsible for search engine optimization and marketing;

5. Responsible for the platform’s social networking marketing;

6. Responsible for marketing on new social networking apps like tik tok, twitter, snapchat, wechat etc...

7. Responsible for writing and editing articles to promote the platform on various media platforms;

8. Responsible for striking partnerships with key gaming celebrities and influencers to promote the platform;

9. Complete the development of new sales and marketing channels and analyze data.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or higher;

2. 5 years of online marketing experience, online gaming/gambling preferred;

3. Experience with managing or leading a team required;

4. Familiar with SEM, SEO, social networking, attracting traffic , advertising and other marketing techniques;

5. Familiar with all the online advertising methods such as CPM, CPS, DSP etc...

6. Understand the fundamentals behind online marketing theory;

7. Familiar with marketing techniques used by the online gaming/gambling industry;

8. Decent understanding of data analysis and providing areas for optimization;

9. Passion for online gaming/gambling with a sound understanding of the players involved;

10. Decent communication skills, focused under pressure, professional and teamwork oriented;

11. Online poker platform experience preferred;

12. Well established marketing connections preferred;

13. Fluent English and Chinese;

14. Experience in both China and overseas marketing preferred.
