Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs adequate secretarial supports to VP / Director which includes calendar, meeting set ups, travel, preparing presentation materials, taking minutes, drafting correspondence and typing
- Responsible for pulling together data, analyze the data, and transform the data into a presentable way, then publishing weekly/monthly/quarterly business metrics (critical issue reports, KPI scorecards, expense rpts, etc)
- Support the conversion of QA Ideas and best practice / initiatives from Kaizens into project plans
- General report consolidation and communication
- Works closely with other cross functional departments
- Support any process improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirement
- Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in MNC, in serving senior management
- Mature and independent, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Chinese
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
