职位描述
eBay外贸客服专员
岗位职责：
1、熟悉ebay的交易规则，能够独立完成ebay的交易操作，在EBAY平台和相应邮箱及时回复客户邮件,提供售前咨询；
2、了解产品信息，解答客户提出的技术问题; 处理客户投诉及中差评，对客户的退换货及退款进行妥善处理；
3、熟悉ebay的运输、支付、异议处理等程序和规则，针对出现的问题能够积极回应和处理；
4.、整理Shipment Report，收集和整理客户的反馈信息，反馈给相关主管人员；
5、有较强的吃苦耐劳和团队协作精神；
6、完成上级交办的任务职位要。
工作内容：回复英文邮件，通过英文邮件与客户沟通，制作英文销售单等。
要求：
1、大学英语四级以上，英语水平过硬，尤其是英语的读写沟通能力要强，无证但水平过硬者可适当放宽条件，此点为硬性要求（书面语用得多，口语较少）；
2、有从事过ebay、环球资源、阿里等客服一年以上工作经验者优先，欢迎英语专业应届毕业生.
3、有团队合作精神，电脑使用熟练，打字，熟悉办公软件
4、性格好，有耐心及责任心，身体健康，能够长期稳定的干好工作;
