ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Design, configuration, implementation, operation and maintenance of company server environment; familiar with Dell server hardware
2.Monitor, maintain and upgrade VMware ESX4.0
3.Ability to monitor and maintain server infrastructure in remote locations
4.Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot fibre channel and iSCSI based storage area networks (SANs), specifically EMC, Compellent and Netapp products.
5.Ability to zone fibre channel switches for new allocated host servers
6.Ability to allocate new storage for server hosts
7.Configuration, implementation, operation and maintenance of core systems including Active Directory 2003/2008 and MS Exchange 2007/2010
8.Analyze and resolve technical problems for established systems and networks.
9.Enterprise administration and support of server hardware, operating systems and applications to include end-user support.
10.Perform proactive maintenance on Network and Windows Server based systems
11.Plan, test, recommend, and implement network, file server, and workstation hardware and software.
12.Troubleshoot maintain and deploy Exchange Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, SMS, IIS, and other client server environments.
13.Maintain security of all network systems and server based systems. This includes Wireless, VPN, NTFS, Radius, Intrusion Detection and other data security.
14.Help facilitate, direct and manage outsource vendors
15.Familiar with a SOX complainant environment
16.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
17.Provide reports and documentation to team members and management

EXPERIENCE Essential:
1.Minimum bachelor'sdegree in associated discipline. MCSE certification preferred.
2.Eight or more years'experience in ITsystemsand infrastructure with strong Windows server & infrastructure background.
3.Experience with Vmware,Cisco, ESX, Active Directory, Exchange, SAN environments, and backup managementrequired
4.Willingness to worknon-standard hours to install and maintain IT infrastructure services
5.The ability to workwell in a team and customer service environment.
6.Experience working ina global environment with remote teams

SKILLS:
1.Excellent system administration experience across multiple platforms and environments
2.Excellent hands on working knowledge of administering all Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, MS Exchange, EMC/Compellent SANs, Vmware, ESX environments. Etc.
3.Solid problem-solving skills for local and remote environments
4.Strong work ethic - seasoned customer support and organizational skills.
5.Solid working knowledge of Microsoft server systems and core Microsoft concepts.
6.Understanding of networking concepts and architectures
7.Ability to participate in projects with limited supervision
8.Ability to design and coordinate the installation of high-speed data networks.
9.Good analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical problems.
10.In depth understanding of server and network hardware.
11.Ability to develop systems solutions for operational problems.
12.Ability to develop and write systems and applications documentation and guides for users.
