职位描述
Responsibility:
Responsible for providing back-office support to the Cluster including answering telephone, email and fax enquiries, issuing quotations and preparing documentation;
向检测部提供多方面的后台支持,包括接听电话,收发邮件及传真,发送报价单及整理相关文件;
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系;
Monitoring and following up the projects according to pre-defined procedures.
根据预定的流程,监测并跟进项目的情况。
Requirements:
Minimum one year related working experience is preferred;
至少一年相关经验;
Pleasant personality and good communication skills;
积极开朗,善于沟通;
Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;
注重质量和细节;
Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage).
良好的普通话及英语表达;若能说粤语及其他语言,优先考虑。
