  1.仓库保管员必须设置各类材料和产成品的明细账簿和台账。材料仓库必须根据实际情况和各类原材料的性质、用途、类型分门别类建立相应的明细账；产成品应按照类型及规格型号设立明细账；财务部门要定期与仓库保管帐进行核对，做到账实相符。 

2.必须严格按仓库管理规程进行日常操作，仓库保管员对当日发生的业务必须及时逐笔录入保管帐，做到日清日结，确保材料、产成品进出及结存数据的正确无误。

3.做好各类材料和产成品的日常核查工作，仓库保管员必须对各类库存材料、产成品定期进行检查盘点，并做到账、物一致。

4.仓库保管员要加强对库存材料及产成品的管理，保持仓库整洁、干燥、安全有序，防止材料及产成品出现损毁、短缺、变质等现象发生。

5.主要负责对接产线的原材料的收发，分配等。

6.24天大小周工作制，包住、享受国家法定节假日，有五险
