岗位要求：

1.2-5年工作经验，摄影，后期等相关专业，热爱和享受视频内容创作；

2.对消费电子类产品有把控力，能快速搜集脚本相关权威资料素材，对素材有鉴别能力；

3.精通AE、PR、Fc等视频后期软件，对构图、色彩、音乐有一定审美能力；有平面设计功底加分；

4.有制作消费电子类产品展示， 技术展示等视频短片经验者优先；

5.请提供能代表自己实力的原创剪辑作品

6.工作积极负责，有良好的沟通能力和团队意识，具有强悍的执行力。

7. 创意能力强，思维活跃，善于沟通协调，团队合作能力和沟通能力强，工作相率高。

岗位职责：

1.根据脚本需求，独立完成视频短片的制作，包括素材搜集整理、后期剪辑、包装特效、调色、音频配乐、字幕制作、合成输出等。

2.配合策划人员实现节目构思并提供合理化建议，提升视频节目质量；

3. 日常公司宣传资料及视频的制作。

福利待遇：

1.每天9:00-18:00，每周5.5天制

2.工资待遇：底薪+ 薪资调整。 最终薪资高低取决于个人能力和为团队带来的效应；
