工作地点 加拿大温哥华，外派加拿大2-3年

Responsibilities:

    

· Work with Chief Design Officer to build up brand strategies and implementation plans according to Wondershare’s business strategies so as to grow the corporate branding in global market;

    

· Lead teams to develop and monitor the implement of branding plans and ensure consistency in brand identity, strategy and marketing by overseeing and keeping consistent corporate brands Visual Identity System and working closely with different product marketing teams and design teams at all levels;

    

· Constantly evaluating brand strategy alongside its vision and core mission to ensure consistency in the global brand across countries and regions;

    

· Drive brand understanding and support throughout the organization so as to keep global branding consistence;

    

· Increase brand awareness, relevant differentiation, value, accessibility and emotional connection

    

· Constantly deliver Brand messaging include but not limited to elevator speech, tagline, campaign themes, proof points, etc.

    

· Building relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness;

    

· Manage the brand architecture

    

· Maintain brand identity consistency

    

· Help determine identities for new brands/sub-brands

    

· Anticipate and accommodate unique brand identity needs

    

    

Qualifications:

    

· 5+ years of branding area experience and management roles, in software industry preferred

    

· Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or business preferred

    

· Experience in content creation related to marketing campaign, email campaigns or advertisements

    

· Solid understanding in communication techniques dealing with external audiences such as other companies and customers

    

· Strong communication skills written and verbal in English and Chinese

    

· Experience with marketing materials on a global scale is an asset

    

· An entrepreneurial team player willing to hit the ground running

    

· Self-starter, resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

    

· Must be an open-minded and innovative thinker
