工作内容：

进行模拟和混合信号设计流程的开发和支持工作；

对现有EDA工具进行评估和做二次开发；

积极发现设计流程中的瓶颈和问题，从而进行改善和改进；

完成EDA工具培训文档并对设计工程师进行培训；

协助IT对设计硬件环境进行改善和优化；

支持设计工程师熟悉和使用PDK 。

我们在寻找：

微电子和集成电路相关专业，本科或研究生及以上学历，2021届的毕业生；

具有模拟和数字集成电路设计基础知识；

熟悉基本的器件结构和版图；

了解集成电路设计流程和EDA基本工具；

熟悉linux操作系统；

有较强的编程能力，如perl, shell, SKILL, Python等；

具有良好问题解决能力和团队沟通合作精神；

做事主动积极，并有良好的组织协调能力；

具有较强的中英文沟通能力。
