岗位职责：

1、

Advising on ad-hoc contractual and operational issues with focus on local practices.

就合同和公司运营过程中的问题提供法律意见并侧重于当地的法律法规.

To examine and summarize operational risks and management.

检视,总结和管理运营风险.

To liaison with administrative and judicial authorities and support with domestic subsidiaries business operations where necessary.必要适当时,和行政司法机构沟通,以支持国内各机构的运营.

To support compliance, CSR issues and assets protection management.

支持合规,企业社会责任的法律问题和资产安全管理.

Ad-Hoc project as they arrive.临时委派的工作.

Support department training and build-up.法律部门的培训.

任职资格：

Degree in Law. 法学学位

Bar Association (China).中国律师资格.

5 to 7 years post qualified experiences in resolving operational legal issues or contract/commercial law background.5到7年的处理运营方面法律问题或者合同,商事方面的法律问题.

Experience in dealing with internal/external clients.有和国内国外客户合作过的经验.

Ability to manage and prioritize variable workload.具备多任务管理和优先排序的经验.

Good ability in liaison with different customers/authorities.和客户,政府部门进行良好沟通的能力.

Good drafting skill in Chinese/English (prefer). 良好的中文起草文件能力.

Proven accuracy and attention to detail.专注细节的能力.

Key Duties
Advising on ad-hoc contractual issues, for instance IPR, liability, etc.
To examine and summarize customer agreements.
To draft alternative documents and clauses where necessary.
To create and update document templates database pursuant to business and legal practice.
To liaison and support with domestic and oversea subsidiaries business operations where necessary.
To support compliance, CSR issues and operational risk management.
Ad-Hoc project as they arrive.
General administrative duties including contract bundling, filings.
In-depth detailed research on various issues and projects.
Support department training and build-up.


Person Specification
Degree in Law.
Bar Association (China/US/European Countries).
5 to 7 years post qualified experiences in contract/commercial law, compliance, CSR and risk management.
Experience in dealing with internal/external clients.
Ability to manage and prioritize variable workload.
Good drafting skill in English.
Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to determine salient points.
Enthusiastic and hard-working.
Knowledge of telecom/acoustic/IT manufacturing sector.
Experience in international company.
Business acumen.
