1.全面规划 、管理仓库的工作，保障部门正常运作；

2.按捺和管理其日常工作的规范化，人员的有效地管理保证工作环境的安全和有序；

3.根据不同的工作状况，调整出仓库***架构同，将人力、物力资源合理发挥到***效应；

4.负责每天货物的正常派送；

5.对采购需入仓的物料进行数量及物品的清点，并做好系统登记；

6.协助其他部门做好内部事务的沟通及协调。
