岗位职责：

1. 客户现场解决方案讲解，关键客户的业务场景与技术交流；结合客户需求痛点，编写方案、技术标、讲标PPT等文档；
2. 结合零售品牌的业务场景，协调公司资源，帮助品牌进行数据价值解读和业务诊断；
3. 为项目（含市场活动）提供售前、售中、售后的数据分析和数据可视化支持；
4. 分析市场、分析竞品，编写市场调研报告；梳理常见客户需求场景，提出产品或数据服务需求；
5. 其它解决方案顾问的相关工作；

岗位要求：

1. 本科及本科以上学历，统计学、营销学、计算机、数学等相关专业优先；
2. 具有3年以上零售业务相关的解决方案和数据分析经验；
3. 过硬的SQL数据提取能力；熟练掌握R或Python进行数据分析；熟练掌握主流的数据可视化工具；
4. 较强的沟通能力、学习能力、逻辑思维能力和商业头脑。
