The Role
The project manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the orders for our most important customer. It is a central role which holds a lot of responsibility and requires working under pressure but is also very rewarding. The right person would need to be multi skilled and highly organized as they will need to receive instructions from the customer, communicate them to colleagues and suppliers, and work towards delivery deadlines. The PM will need to attend meetings to act as translator between employers and suppliers, but often he/ she will need to attend meetings independently to address issues relating to quality, delivery dates and prices.
Essential requirements
Fluent written and spoken English
At least 3 years experience in dealing with high profile international customers
Experience of production
IT literate
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work beyond contracted hours
Attention to detail

Communicating with the customer
Co-ordinating orders with colleagues
Instructing suppliers and monitoring production
Attending meetings with suppliers
Making packing lists and invoices

We have expanded rapidly and are currently supplying phone accessories to one of the biggest retailers in the UK. We have a team of dedicated staff in our Shenzhen office and trade on a number of different platforms. We have plans with our customer to expand into many new areas and this is a very exciting and adventurous time for us.
