Job Description

1. Responsible for Outdoor/Ride On etc product line and component sourcing to support production and stragetic sourcing.

2. Work with potential supplier on cost/quality/schedule etc to identity the supplier potential to meet company requirement.

3. Follow up with potential supplier on new product development from sampling to 1st shipment .

4. Maintain and monitor new suppliers stability and reliability, keep good relation and manager suppliers.

5. Market research and proposals for new trends, new competitive designs and materials.

6. Recomendation of New suppliers, styles, materials, origins etc to match company development.

 

Requirement

1.Familiar with Toys product and have 5 years work experience on toy field.

2.Rich sourcing experience on toys, especially for Ride On, Stroller and outdoor field.

3.Have the strong sense for potential supplier selection.

4.Good mindset ,negotiate skill, work with passion and motivation.

5.Fluent English writing and listening is MUST and fluent english oral is PLUS.

6.Travel is required.
