Requirement:

1. Degree in any disciplines (Bachelor, major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering is preferred)

2. 1-2 years experience in project administration & coordination preferably in toy industry or Product / Production area

3. Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

4. Good command of written and spoken English

Well organized with high initiative & good interpersonal skills

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for consolidating and analyzing information from various departments in our Spain & HK offices including design, engineering and packaging to provide new toy development schedules as well as the progress update.

2. To set up milestones for all functional Depts. and follow it up.

3. To provide regular analysis and alert relevant parties of possible schedule slippage throughout the toy development process.

4. Analyze the historical data of new toys development for the preparation of the report of toy performance against standard lead-time.

5. To issue work load update for Engineering Dept.
