职位描述：
1、负责大厦工程设备运行、巡视、维修工作；
2、为住户提供工程维修服务；
3、监管和配合设施设备维修保养工作；
4、按时完成上级领导布置的其它维修工程工作。

招聘要求：
1、18-45岁，高中以上学历
2、有酒店或物业的强电、弱电、空调、机修、消防系统、综合维修等任一方面经验；
3、持有有关部门颁发的上岗证/操作证。
