6.负责总经理的工作日程安排以及预约工作，及时提醒总经理的日常行程;

7.根据公司的战略发展目标，制定人力资源战略计划，并负责人力资源的日常招聘工作;

8.对ppt应用有一定要求

总经理助理任职条件

1.工商管理、企业管理、行政管理或者相关专业本科以上学历;

2.参加过财务、人力资源、企业管理等相关培训;

3.3年以上企业管理工作经验，曾担任助理职位为佳;

4.具有良好的协调沟通能力;

5.良好的计划和综合分析能力。
