Job description:

1. Deal with seller issue solution. Review and monitor monthly service standards achievement, compile statistics report regularly and conduct investigation on non-conformance cases.

2. Participate in operations studies to develop new service or change processes to address business needs.

3. Prepare procedure manual write up and/or system change as per change in operations requirements, by liaison with user department and IT department.

4. Assist in project management to ensure the deliverables.

5. After sales operations follow up and problem solving, such as customer complaints, quality analysis and improvements, operations process improvement.

6. API integration:
Create and maintain comprehensive API integration handbook in Chinese according to Platform operations and workflows
Assist sellers or ERP platforms in their API integration with Platforms

7. IT support:

Collect and prioritize the IT issues from the commercial team and the sellers

Find solutions or raise a ticket and then follow up.

Apply for system access and mailbox for new comers + help installing VPN and Software

8．PAYMENT support

Base on the weekly payment cycle, coordinate with the overseas for the payment review and transaction issues.

9. daily bugs / sellers ops Q&A

Dealing with the sellers for the daily special operation issues, logistics business/solution guidance.

Requirements:

1. Previous customer service, quality management, process improvement experience preferred.

2. Fluent in oral and written English. Spanish will be a plus.

3. Good communication skill.

4. IT background and experience is preferred. SQL is preferred
