岗位职责

  

• Daily Application system administration including Exchange, File service, SAP maintenance.日常应用系统管理：包括exchange,文件服务器，SAP维护

• Design and maintain OA processes 设计和维护OA流程

• Helpdesk support for offices 桌面维护支持

• Daily maintain linux and mysql 日常维护Linux系统和Mysql数据库

• Optimize and sustain IT resource and process 优化和维护IT资源和流程

• Maintain network & information management and security 管理网络，信息管理和安全

• Analyzing and fixing of technical problems of LAN and WAN 分析和维护LAN和WAN网络

• Sustain IT process and keep proper record 维护IT流程和记录文档

• Upgrade and maintain IT infrastructure and application. 升级和维护IT基础架构和应用

• Manage IT related documents 管理IT相关文档

• Manage software license 管理软件许可证

• Carry out ad hoc assignments by the supervisor 执行总部分配的任务

                        

岗位要求

• College education or above in computer engineering or related major.大专或以上学历，专业为计算机或相关专业
• 3 years working experience in up-to-date Information Technology if with college education background
• 1.5 years working experience in up-to-date Information Technology if with bachelor degree
• Familiar with  OA process design and maintenance, be interested in OA process developing 熟悉OA流程设计和维护，善于OA流程开发
• Proficient at MS AD, DNS,Exchange2010, Hyper-V,DHCP. 熟悉微软系统：如AD，DNS, Exchange2010,Hyper-v,DHCP技术
• Know redhat linux, mysql, Netapp storage, Vmware 了解redhat Linux,Mysql, Netapp存储，vmware技术
•  Cisco /HP switch configuration,VLAN, know Firewall and PBX 熟练思科和惠普交换机配置，了解防火墙和PBX技术
• Project management skills 项目管理技能
• Time management skills时间管理技能
• MCSE or MCITP Certificate is preferred
• Good communication skills in English(CET4 or same standard)
• Good command in Office(Excel, Word, PPT, Project, visio)
• Good communication skills
