岗位职责:

1. 物料入库：对采购物料、工厂调拨物料进行验收，核对实物与数量，验收合格后，办理入库手续。物料必须按不同项目、型号、种类和入库时间分类分区存放，做到物料清、数量清、规格标识清。

2. 物料出库：按照工厂和内部员工及客户需求，将物料整理出库，出库时必须核对系统领用流程，出库时必须附上出库单据，出库单据必须含有货物名称、规格型号、数量和仓库管理员签名。

3. 物料借用：按照员工提交的借用工作流发放物料，未有流程或流程未到不得擅自借出，需申请借用物料本人签申领单后审批流程并录入系统。

4. 物料归还：按照员工提交的归还工作流，核对员工归还的物料与系统信息相符后审批流程，最后将物料放入库房指定报废区并录入归还系统。对逾期不还或离职的员工进行电话催收。

5. 物料清理：定期对库房物料进行清理，包括物料摆放分区化，仓库环境整洁化，安全隐患排查与自检等，对报废物料统一打包装箱后退往指定售后。

6. 物料盘点：定期对库房物料进行盘点，结合财务挂账数据与库存量做对比。

7. 物料申请：对于员工需求的、库房无库存的物料，管理员负责向工厂申请或安排采购并走相关流程审批。
