岗位职责：

1. 与业务确认客户信息，收集资料并完成建档；
2. 核对采购订单的单价、数量，及时录入并回复交期给客户；
3. 根据销售周例会跟踪客户和项目进展，每周与客户确认最新排程预测，并及时调整或协调交期；
4. 了解客户的付款周期，追踪客户付款情况，协助催收逾期账款，每月按时对账；
5. 协调深圳销售团队的其他行政事务。   

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 有1年以上销售助理工作经验，有芯片（IC）基础知识者优先；
3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，工作认真细心，有责任心；
4. 能熟练使用Office办公软件。
