Job Description:
Partnering with IBM managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the business forward
Drive the end to end recruitment process for those business units, acting as the 'oil in the wheels' to ensure there are no glitches or bottlenecks or, where they occur, to get them resolved as quickly as possible.
Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity
Effectively program manage recruitment campaigns as required.
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies
Personally understand and use Global Opportunity Marketplace (GOM - the candidate database) in earnest
Manage GOM vacancies for the business units to ensure the number of vacancies and the skills being hired are appropriate and proportionate at all times.
Ensure up to date management of GOM by Hiring Managers at all times
Develop or assist with the development of hiring profiles/job specifications.
Set up appropriate assessment methodologies/processes for the business units
Contact candidates and conduct cold-call/interview
Track candidate process and minimise time to hire (CV to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline
Continually seek opportunities for process improvement and implement as appropriate
Active manage/involve in recruitment programs, such as campus hiring, recruitment day, etc.
Ensure recruiting processes comply with appropriate business controls or initiating/maintaining immigration statuses
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 1 year of recruiting experiences
Good command of Chinese & English (listening, speaking & writing)
Proactive,self-motivated,organized and open-minded
Good communication & negotiation skills and good team player
