岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历,电子或机电相关专业

2、一年以上SMT行业工作经验，熟悉SMT在线品质统计和分析；

3、懂得针对PCBA产品不良进行分析，归类，总结；

5、熟悉电子线路原理，懂得对产线不良进行分析整改。

岗位职责：

1、负责产品工艺流程制定与优化；回流焊温度管控与优化；负责制程不良的及时分析与改善对策并技术改进；

2、负责新机SMT工艺评审及试产跟进，生产工装夹具、SOP、样机的申请、制作；

3、对生产过程中出现的品质、工艺、制程等异常问题进行分析，制定有效的临时解决措施和长期的改善方案；

4、负责处理产线异常，提升产线生产良率，提高生产效率；

5、协助产线提升员工作业技能，并定期给员工进行培训；

6、负责工艺技术人员管理，及工艺技术员技能提升；

7、跟进测试良率，并对后段异常涉及SMT贴片的问题进行解析改善；

8、对客诉异常进行跟进，并输出相应的分析改善报告。
