Position: Automation Project Manager

Location: Dongguan

Summary:

This is an European country, focus on durable consumer products.

 

Main responsibilities:

• In charge of the PM team, take responsibility of the performance of the whole team. Participate in the whole life cycle of the project, control the risk, to reach the KPI target.
• Coordinate and communicate with all plants managers and department managers to insure the success of the projects and reach the saving target.
• Negotiate with plants and other functions for the interest of automation department.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal engineering and assembling team, also external buyer, EHS etc. ensure all risks to be eliminated and the projects to be executed as plan.
• Solve the problems during projects, support and coach the PM team.
• Make proposal and lead project.

 

Main requirements:

•  Automation, mechanical, electrical or project management, Bachelor or above. Knowing non-standard automation business.
• More than 10 years in automation or manufacture. More than 5 years of managing a PM team. Good experience of managing a team.
• Master the project management procedure, process and method. Great ability and skills of communication, coordinate, negotiate and solve problems.
•  Hard working, can work under pressure. Attractive personality. Team work.
• Good oral English.
