What you’ll do?

1. Drive revenue and service performance for travel product categories across regions
2. Lead initiatives and work with regional teams to drive travel product performance such as inventory availability & costs, content, cancellation privilege, instant confirmation etc
3. Work with cross functional teams to develop long term product mix strategies
4. Build metrics and implement mechanisms to monitor and improve merchant service levels
5. Work with our tech product team to improve usability of booking processes on Klook’s mobile app, website, and other distribution channels.

What you’ll need?

1. At least 2 years of experience in travel, ecommerce, or tech startup operations
2. Experience in travel products such as Attractions & Shows, Tours & Activities or Travel Transportation (eg. railway, bus, ferry) is a plus
3. Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
4. Fluent spoken and written English. Fluent Chinese is a plus.
5. Bachelor's degree or above 
6. Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
7. A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
8. Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
