Job Description/职责说明:
1.Independently work with merchandising team and supplier on sourcing projects
2.Effectively manage the business and relationship with customer.
3.Evaluate and analyze supplier proposals and explore new opportunities to add domestic-to-import and new product projects
4.Manage product price, seek cost savings and VE opportunities.
5.Identify and qualify new potential suppliers for business growth and risk control, take lead in supplier qualification process.
6.Develop and maintain good supplier relationships, manage vendor agreement; take lead in business review with key supplier.
7.Work closely with buyer & logistics/SC to monitor, drive and contribute to shorten L/T and constant OTD.
8.Review supplier performance data and co-work with supplier compliance manager to process metrics to proactively recommend improvements
9.Able to see the whole picture and mind of strategic activities, while also understanding the transactional nature of a category and sourcing trends.
Requirements/工作要求:
1.Bachelor's degree, engineering background is must and fluent English
2.3+ years sourcing experience of electrical or tool or HVAC product
3.Strong experience of exporting, logistic and supply chain
4.Excellent understanding on market situation of related category and supplier data base.
5.Sufficient knowledge in price negotiation, cost analysis and quality system.
6.Good communication and project management skills.
7.Comfortable and confident in addressing key supplier relationship and developing strategy that look to reduce our overall cost.
