Overall Purpose of the Role
What is the overall purpose of the role? What are the high level objecves/business impact/scope and responsibilies?
Lead, designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs, support, maintenance and documents programming to sasfy business requirements

Key Responsibilies
-Lead, designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs, support, maintenance and documents programming to sasfy business requirements
-Collect and priorize user requirements
-Conduct feasibility study, system analysis and design on both an exisng web ordering system, and a large scale, brand new, mul-components system
-Prepare and maintain technical specificaon / documentaon
-Review codes wrien by soware developers
-Assist in preparing test plans
-Support UAT and system deployment
-Provide ongoing system support and maintenance
-Provide coaching to junior team members and lead programmers, contractors and/or vendors to complete assignments.

Objecves and Success measurements
How will the performance of the role be measured? What are the short and long term deliverables expected of this role?
1. Programming deliverables Compleng tasks: plan vs actual discrepancy ＜ 5% (by working day)
2. ＜1% program with major bugs (e.g. the system fails to funcon)
3. Raise out any issues that affects program / project compleon date.
4. Reply email with acknowledgement within 1 working day

What We will be Looking For
Include educaonal, work experience, geographic, industry, funconal experience, as well as language/systems/other skill requirements. Specify Essenal/Desirable.
-University graduated in IT Discipline or equivalent
-Minimum 7 years experience in programming with a minimum of 3 years experience as System Analyst or equivalent
-Proficient in Java, JSP, JavaScript, Python and SQL
-Familiar with Linux environment
-Experience with Typescript, ES6, HTML5, and NodeJS will be an added advantage
-Good command of spoken and wrien English and Chinese
-Strong communicaon and interpersonal skill
-Aenon to details, problem-solver with strong analycal skills, good sense of urgency
-Able to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and meet ght deadlines
Desired Competencies
Using Select for Success tool. No more than 5
Experience in prinng technology
Experience in manufacturing industry
Experience in RFID
Experience in ERP, eCommerce system
