职位描述

工作目的Job Purpose :

人力资源主管的主要职责是在提高营业额,控制成本,领导授权团队,培养人才,留住店铺人才和遵守所有法律法规的程序方面协助店铺经理。人力资源主管监督包括员工关系,招聘,员工配备,培训,薪资管理和管理技能养成等一系列人力资源工作。人力资源主管的工作是为了缔造更好的业务不断的寻找机会并创新。
The HR Supervisor supports the Store Management team in driving revenue, controlling costs, leading an empowered team, developing talent, retaining talent within the store and complying with all legal compliance procedures. The HR Supervisor oversees all human resources functions including employee relations, recruitment, staffing, training, compensation administration, and management skill building. The HR Supervisors role is to constantly look for new opportunities and ways of working that will create a better business.

职责ACCOUNTABILITIES :

顾客和市场Customer and Market:
确保店铺提供最好的顾客体验。Ensures that the store is delivering the best possible customer experience.
- 协助,规范并提高旨在为顾客和同事创造友好,乐于助人,博学和快速反应的环境的客户服务。
Support, model, and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick for customers and co-workers.
- 培训和激励店员,示范优秀的销售和客服技巧。
Training and motivating sales associates and modelling excellent sales generation and customer service techniques.
- 确保品牌质量和作业水平达到并超过预期,以支持品牌的一致性。Ensure Brand standards and Operating standards meet and exceed expectations to support brand consistency.
- 积极招募高素质人才以支持客服战略。
Actively recruits higher calibre talent to support customer service strategies.

Business and Financial :
为品牌做出积极的,可控的贡献
Optimises sales and controllable contribution within their brand.
- 协助地区店铺管理层做好招聘工作。
Partner with store management on staffing needs for location.
- 帮助主管和店员完成既定目标。
Helps hold Supervisors and sales associates accountable for achieving productivity standards.
- 确保在招聘工作满足业务量需求。
Ensures staffing is appropriate to business traffic times.
- 确保店铺工作人员能满足招聘要求。
Ensure store staff meets the staffing requirements for the location
- 确保薪资成本与预定目标一致。
Ensures all payroll costs are in line with agreed targets.

领导能力和员工
Leadership and Employee :
协助建立与发展一个高绩效店铺团队。
Assists in building and developing a high performance team in the store.
- 提供引导,确保不断提高店铺档次和发展人才。成为新员工导师。
Provides coaching opportunities to ensure the store is constantly striving to up-grade and develop its talent. Acts as a mentor for new joins.
- 确保为每位员工在客服,采购,防损,产品知识和其他业务领域作必须的培训。
Ensures adequate training for all employees in customer service, merchandising, loss prevention, product knowledge, and other operational areas as necessary to perform the job
- 招聘,面试,甄选店员。
Conduct sales associate recruiting, interviewing and selection processes.
- 与管理团队协力创造高效的,斗志昂扬的氛围。
Participate with management team in creating a productive team environment with high morale.
- 确保所有店员遵守商业行为准则。
Ensures Code of Conduct is being followed through by all stores employees.
- 协助人力资源部门对经理进行相关培训。
Responsible for training of managers partnered in HR.
- 管理监督店员的培训和发展。
Monitor the training and development of sales associates.
- 执行新雇员培训,专门培训和其他公司新措施培训。
Execute new hire training and specialist training as well as other training initiatives implemented by the company.
- 管理并监督员工的换班,并与GM/CM沟通,建议。
Monitor associate retention, and communicate general suggestions to GM / CM.
- 和区域培训结合,培训管理团队人力资源相关知识。
Educate management team on HR initiatives, partner with field training.
- 处理员工关系,与店铺总经理,总部,地区人力资源部协作,互相配合开展人力资源相关工作。
Act in Employee Relations role for location, partner with general manager, corporate, and field HR where appropriate.
- 培养积极向上的店铺环境,侧重于各个层面的团队协作和沟通。
Foster positive store environment focused on teamwork and communication at all levels.
- 与管理团队合作决定薪资和年度员工考核工作。
Partner with management team on compensation decisions and annual performance assessments.
- 协助审查过程,协助管理团队并在审查书写上提供意见。Coordinate the focal / non-focal review process; assist and advise store management team in review writing.

- 监控,维护和遵守公司的政策。支持地区/区域期望和系统。
Monitor, maintain and follow company policies; support district / regional expectations and systems.
- 按照企业规范维护全体员工档案。
Maintain all employee files, per corporate guidelines.
- 督促员工行为使之达到政府标准
Monitor and meet government standards with regard to all employee practices.
- 通过行政和纪律处分和绩效辅导记录员工欠佳和违反政策的表现。
Address and document unsatisfactory performance and policy violations of associates through administration and disciplinary action and performance counselling.

经验EXPERIENCE

所需知识,技巧和能力Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
- 需要优秀的沟通和人际关系处理技巧。
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
- 精通招聘,录用,培训,激励和员工关系处理。
Strong proficiency in recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and employee relations.
- 必须具备当地劳动法工作知识。
Must have working knowledge of local employee laws.
- 必须拥有良好的口头和书面沟通技巧,以培训员工。
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coach staff.
- 必须能处理紧急任务,有独立工作的能力和能及时作出有效决策。
Must have high sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and to make effective decisions in a timely manner.
- 有效分配时间,处理多任务工作和选择符合优先事项。
Allocates time effectively, handles multiple demands and competing priorities.
