职位描述

Salary (Basic Salary + Pension & Insurance): RMB2,800/month or above
Gender:Any
Working Hour:8 hours per day, 6 days a week, need to work shifts

Our head office is located in Hong Kong, and our business is providing customer hotline services, handling enquiries and complaints from customers.
Our Shenzhen branch office is located in Nanshan district. To meet our expansion, we invite eligible candidates to fulfill the vacancies of English CSR.

Responsibilities:
1. Handling enquiries from foreigners.
2. Those employees with good performance will be promoted to management level.
3. We will provide comprehensive pre-work and on-job training, which includes our company background, kinds and features of our products and services, enquiry handling skill and interpersonal communication skills, preparing reports, and basic management skills.

Requirements:
1. Fluency in spoken Cantonese is required.
2. CET – 2 or above. Good command of spoken and written English, with a pass in the oral exam is preferable.
3. He/She should be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
