KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:

-Oversees medium to high complex level projects 

-Ensure all projects are delivered with high quality, on scope, on time and on budget

-Keep all projects on track escalating decisions to executive sponsors as necessary

-Responsible for Draft/overview requirements documentation

-Identify and secure resources including project team, vendors and consultants

-Serve as single point of contact for project level issues / questions / escalations

-Prepares and/or provides project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc.

-Provide the support, maintenance and delivery of best practice IT Infrastructure which supports the business objectives of WuXi Biologic

-Assist in the daily infrastructure technical support and application troubleshooting

-Support disaster recovery activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Minimum of 5 years professional experience in IT infrastructure

2.At least 3 years of infrastructure experience from a large scale enterprise (1000+ users) within one of the following fields: System Integrator, Telecom, Datacenter hosting or Technology vendor (Storage, Servers, Network), Finance or insurance, Application Development, Cloud provider

3.Hands on experience with technical support and troubleshooting is a plus

4.Proven execution skills in an international company, working with diverse technical stakeholders

5.Strong communication skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio. Contribute to the improvement of team processes

EDUCATION (Indicate the mini. requirement & preferred discipline):

Bachelor qualification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Computer/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
