We are now inviting high calibre talent to join us as Brand Manager (based in Shanghai).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

·        Reporting to the Managing Director of Fashion (China), this role will be responsible for leading various projects of the designated brands.

·        Partner with Brand Heads to formulate business strategies, recommend/proposed direction for brand development according to their business needs, identify key issues and opportunities for revenue growth and formulate performance tracking process.

·        Liaise and collaborate with different functions, departments and stakeholders to achieve the business goals and to ensure that planned initiatives/projects are delivered effectively and efficiently.

·        Develop KPI targets with measurable and actionable steps to achieve goals.

·        Monitor sales & service delivery through on-going analysis.

·        Formulate initiatives to deliver sales targets, including but not limited to commission scheme and sales incentives.

·        Plan, forecast and provide business insights based on data.

·        Identify potential risks and develop business plans to facilitate brand development.

·        Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

YOU NEED TO BE…

·        University graduate in Business Administration or other related disciplines.

·        At least 10 years’ solid commercial planning & project management experience.

·        Exposure in high-end fashion or retailing industry is highly preferred

·        Detail-minded with strong data analytical skills.

·        Good business acumen and able to share the best practice and adapt locally.

·        Diplomatic with excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal & presentation skills.

·        Proactive, positive with a good sense of service mindset.

·        Able to prioritise, multi-task and with excellent organisational skills.

·        Advanced Excel and database management skills.

·        Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
