Boa Technology Inc. is the market leader on designing and manufacturing of closure systems for shoes. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, US. It also has offices in Austria, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and China. HK & China offices are acting as the regional supply chain/operation hub of Asia. It is responsible for managing all logistic activities, material sourcing, and manufacturing partners/suppliers in the region.

Position Summary:

In this position, you need to be independent and work proactively with Boa Denver Product team engineers and Boa Operations team to ensure successful new product launch to production on time. You will responsible for setting up product launch process, driving improvements, coordinating with each key operation function teams during whole product launch period. You may be assigned to other projects for driving efficiency improvement, service enhancement, cost reduction or sustainability efforts. You are expected to have strong cross functional communication skills and good at influencing others to ensure mission complete.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Co-ordinates with Denver engineering team to ensure the new product launch to production on time

· Help to establish the product launch process with clear responsibility and standard/efficient methodologies

· Lead projects of item migration, new material development/trial, sustainable material, regrind production

· Lead quarterly review meetings with US team and Manufacturing team

· Undertaking business and service strategies on development to market process

· Act as key project owner to partnership work with different function teams/stakeholders

· Perform ad hoc task/project when required

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

· Bachelor degree or above

· Independent and able to work under pressure, able to interact with different stakeholders across departments

· At least 5 years of MNC experience of leading projects related with manufacturing, with a knowledge of molding is a plus.

· Technical thinker with strategic thinking and proactive on problem solving.

· Must be familiar with MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…etc.

· Strong analytical, time management and people skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus
