主要工作职责：

1. 制定售后服务工作计划，进行有效的客户管理和沟通；
2. 发展维护良好的客户关系；
3. 组织公司产品的售后服务和维修管理；
4. 建立售后服务信息管理系统（客户服务档案、质量跟踪及反馈）；
5. 向领导和质量部门提供产后质量反馈数据、产品质量信息，为解决问题提供建议；
6. 主持售后部门的每月售后业务发展规划及分析；

7、完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、男女不限，专科以上学历，机顶盒行业同岗位2年以上的相关工作经验优先；

2、善于与人沟通，良好的语言表达能力和应变能力；

3、高度的责任心和客户服务意识，亲和力强，有耐心；

4、能熟练运用Office软件。

每周6天制，8:00—11:30，12:30—17:00（有加班）

The main product lines we owned range from series digital TV Set top box including DVB-T/T2, DVB-S/S2, DVB-C receiver, ATSC HD converter, ISDB-T receiver, Android receiver to Hybrid Combo, such as Android+DVB-T2, Android+DVB-S2 etc.
REAKO has a strong R&D team with over 40 engineers and most of the technicians have been brainstormed in the professional research laboratory abroad and they have acquired rich exploitation experience in the field of digital products including audio-video products. REAKO keeps taking the lead in the electronic industry because we not only implement strict quality control over all the production stages, but also invest tremendous resources into the research and development.
