What you’ll do?

• Drive Klook’s multi-million dollar business through excellence in multimedia content across all digital touchpoints;
• Identify multimedia opportunities (video/creative formats, freelancers) to continuously drive product visibility and revenue growth;
• Responsible to plan and manage multimedia content projects for different product categories such as tours, attractions, transfer, rail etc. 
• Help evaluate, assess and recruit a database of freelancers such as local photographer, videographers. 
• Establish and maintain the company’s multimedia database; 
• Initiate and work with regional & cross departmental teams to improve consistency and quality of content on designated pages; 
• Collaborate with internal product/UX team to improve overall attractiveness using creative video formats. 

What you’ll need?

• 5 years of experience in multimedia content operation, preferably in eCommerce environment; 
• Familiar with travel as a subject matter, with connections and resources within the travel community is strongly preferred; 
• Strong track record in planning and executing result-driven video/multimedia production projects, eCommerce project experience is a plus; 
• Good command of written and spoken English is a plus; 
• Bachelor's degree or above; 
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment; 
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required; 
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones.
