 Job Responsibilities:    

• Understand the fundamentals of Ion Implant and PVD processes in highly Automated Vacuum Systems
  
• Independently install, commission and troubleshoot Intevac Ion Implant and Sputtering equipment including retrofit and upgrade at customer site  
• Studies blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to develop procedures or Best Known Method Provide System level training to customer or junior engineers as required                   

• Consults with engineering team to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance
• To advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Lead both internal and external meetings on system issues and escalation process
• Regional travel to US, EU and Asia is required based on business needs to support installations and system upgrade at our various customers sites
• Be responsible for site warranty spare management and follow up with timely RMA process and logistic tracking interfacing between customer and HQ

Requirements:                                            

• Experience in installing and maintaining high vacuum Implant/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
• University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Physics with minimum 5 years experienced
• Diploma holders with more than 8 years experienced
• A clear systematic & analytical thinker, who is process orientated and possesses a structured approach to problem solving
• Dynamic, self-disciplined and highly motivated yet flexible and capable of working under pressure
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with leadership capabilities
• Ability to handle/manage customer escalation process
• PLC experience is an added advantage         

高级现场服务工程师    

    

工作职责:    

• 了解高度自动化真空系统中离子植入和PVD过程的基本原理
• 独立安装、调试和检修Intevac的离子注入和溅射设备，包括在客户现场进行改造和升级  
• 研究计划图纸、示意图、手册和其它说明，以制定流程或***方案。根据需要为客户或初级工程师提供系统培训                

• 与工程团队商讨解决系统运行和维护中的异常问题
• 就客户满意度、产品性能和产品改进向管理层提供建议
• 担任技术和服务相关问题的客户联系人，主导内部和外部关于系统问题和上报流程的会议
• 根据业务需要，前往美国、欧盟和亚洲等地区出差，以支持不同客户点的系统安装和升级
• 负责现场保修备件的管理，及时跟进RMA流程以及客户与总部之间的物流跟踪衔接

• 具备在净化间环境安装和维护高真空CVD/PVD系统的工作经验
• 以客户满意度为导向
• 具备出色的故障解决能力
• 大学本科学历，工程、材料科学或物理专业，需具备至少5年工作经验
• 大学专科学历需具备至少8年工作经验
• 具备清晰的系统性和分析性思考能力，以过程为导向，具有结构化的问题解决方法
• 精力充沛，自律，积极主动，有韧性，能承受工作压力
• 具备领导才能的同时掌握较强的沟通和谈判技巧
• 具备处理/管理客户问题上报流程的能力
• 具备PLC经验者优先
