Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Brand General Manage to coordinate between GM’s office with regional office and internal departments

- Provide administrative support to Shanghai HQ office

- Responsible for the travel bookings for the team and monitor the travel budget

- Assist project team for new store and store renovation projects in China

- Prepare various internal announcement, management reports, KPI report and brand book

- Develop strong working relationships with internal & external parties

- Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

职位要求：

- College graduate with a diploma preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline

- At least 1 years relevant working experience in Brand or Retail Operations would be an advantage

- Highly motivated and proactive team player

- Strong sense of job ownership

- Good learning attitude and strong result and quality driven mindset

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good command of English, both spoken and written

- Proficiency in MS Applications & Chinese Word Processing
