Overview-department:

Dyson Professional is working to make every building in the world to have Dyson technology improving their space.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, and fast executing Sales Operation Executive to help with the operations for a dynamic, growing sales organization of Dyson Professional Mainland China and Hong Kong. The executive will work with cross-functional teams, to provide business support to sales and marketing team.

  • Handle inbound call and inbound mail.
  • Support Sales team with business correspondence administrative work, e.g.: pipeline update, business documents preparation, contract process, chop application, etc.
  • Support Marketing team with business correspondence administrative work, e.g.: sample application, leads record, payment application, etc.
  • Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.

Skills Knowledge & Experience:

  • Fast learner and attention to detail.
  • Proven skills of X-function communication and logical planning.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently or as team and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good command of both written and verbal Mandarin and English.
  • Intermediate experience in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce and/or SAP experience is a plus.

Dyson today

Dyson products sell in 71 countries, and it employs almost 6,000 people globally, one third of whom are engineers and scientists. 1,100 people are based at the HQ and Research and Development centre located in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, UK. Another thousand bring Dyson’s machines into existence, working on production and operations based in Malaysia.

The face of Dyson is changing rapidly. Three years ago 80% of Dyson’s business was full-sized vacuum cleaners. Today, its digital motor powered cordless vacuums, robots, Airblade hand dryers, bladeless fans, humidifiers, purifiers and heaters are powering its growth around the world.
