Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR) are properly matched and processed.
2. Check and input all vendor invoices for payment using ERP system and matching AP process.
3. Develop and maintain working relationship with relevant departments to assist in the timely processing of vendor invoices.
4. Assist Finance Manager on process improvement.
5. Other financial analysis report .

Requirement:
1. Familiar with the overall accounting function and financial analysis experience will be preferred.
2. Over 5 years working experience in accounting.
3. Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance or above.
4. Independent, proactive, creative and professional attitude.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Fluent Oral English.
7. Familiarity with SAP is a big plus.
