职位描述
Primary Job Responsibilities
·Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for one or more business units/support teams in support of the delivery of reporting solutions
·Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners and technology teams - ensuring goals and customer satisfaction are achieved
·Consult with senior business leaders to identify issues that can be informed by metrics and reporting
·Analyze and document reporting requirements utilizing standard methodologies and processes
·Identify, define, collect, understand, and track key business metrics for new and existing initiatives
·Proactively manage high-level, complex customer reporting issues and projects
·Develop report prototypes based on business requirements
·Test and certify new reports
·Provide 1st-level support to end-users
·Train stakeholders on how to effectively access and use reports and reporting Tools

People/Business/Relationship Skills
·Proven consultative and relationship-building skills
·Well-honed writing skills, tactful verbal/interpersonal communication abilities, and strategic thinking capabilities
·Proven track record of developing and delivering customer-focused presentations
·Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
·Must be a proven top performer and team player that enjoys challenging assignments in a high-energy and fast growing workplace. Ability to work under pressure of meeting deadlines
Technical Skills
·5+ years of Enterprise-scale reporting and business requirements gathering experience
·Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and lead cross-functional projects
·Solid experience with standard requirements gathering, documentation, and testing processes
·Expert SQL knowledge
·Experience with large datasets and databases
·Experience with contact center metrics and reporting preferred
·Experience using one or more of the following to develop rapid and creative report prototypes: Excel, Access, .NET, or statistical packages
Education
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (operations or management reporting focus), or a related field or equivalent experience
Basic Qualifications
·5+ years of Enterprise-scale reporting and business requirements gathering experience
·Experience with contact center metrics and reporting preferred
