1、负责ERP，商城，供应链，财务，进销存，交互系统 等系统的需求整理 ，产品设计 、优化改进工作

2、分析相关功能数据及用户行为与需求，收集用户反馈，并对产品进行持续的

优化和改进；

3、跟踪产品在需求、开发、实施使用阶段的完成情况；

4、关注行业竞争对手，定期分析竞争对手功能，提出完善本产品线的方案并实

施；

5、需求分析，归纳总结业务流程，并提出场景化改进建议，同时给出匹配

的系统可实施的产品方案；

6、结合用户反馈和数据分析，完成产品优化，提高产品的易用性和市场竞争

力；

7、设计满足用户需求的产品和功能，优化已有功能或者策略上提升用户体验，

并输出高品质的产品需求文档；

8、负责产品全生命周期的管理，跟踪产品发布后的市场反馈，用户体验，

结合行业发展趋势及公司业务发展的要求，不断改进产品，提升产品竞争力。

任职资格：

1、统招本科及以上学历，有ERP，财务，爬虫类系统，大数据系统，商城，供应链产品规划设计到落地上线经验；

2、5年及以上产品设计工作经验，对产品用户体验有较强的感知力；

3、有较强商业敏感度，较强的学习能力、数据分析能力；

4、能独立进行市场调研、需求分析管理；

5、熟练使用Axure、Visio、office等产品设计软件；

6、熟悉移动互联网产品设计规范，具备优秀的UE/UI的设计意识和表达能力

7、有较强的表达能力，善于合作协调沟通，思维敏捷且抗压能力强；

8、思维敏捷，性格开朗，责任感强，工作积极主动，具备学习意识，有良好的

团队协作意识。
