Senior IT Engineer======================== Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for an or several office IT infrastructure and maintenance, such as: Network（WAN、LAN、WIFI）, IT room（Air-condition、UPS、 Electric power、CCTV、door access control、fire control）.

1. Responsible for helpdesk support and troubleshooting, assemble and handle computer/laptop/network/server/print/wireless projector related problems in terms of hardware and software.
2. Responsible monitoring, evaluation, demand analysis, program design, planning and budgeting, organization, implementation, operation and maintenance for IT Business Office environment or operation.
3. Responsible for improving customer satisfaction and office productivity, daily optimization and improvement
4. Familiar with Office 365, Sharepoint, Azure is plus
5. Familiar with Web development tools like C#, ASP.Net and SQL is plus

7. Experience with Oracle ERP, BPM flow system is a plus .

1. Responsible in IT projects management, implementation, documentation, training and system support. Quickly understand the company business rules and the IT system, can implement the large-scale IT System for the subsidiary user.

2. Cooperate and collaborate with company’s employees at all levels in achieving common goals and objectives.

Application Requirement：

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree education in computer science, telecommunications, information management, and other related professional class graduated.

2. More than 3 years’ experience in IT related services/development/test/support/project management.

3. With a minimum of 3 years working experience in the infrastructure field.

4. Excellent knowledge and experience of Networking, IP PBX System, CCTV System, UPS System and Security Door Access System, Windows Server and related build up server room. Networking/Linux/Windows certification holder is preferable.

5. Good knowledge in telecom business operation and process flows is preferable.

6. Good communication and presentation skills.

7. A good understanding of Office 365 Administration

8. An understanding of the .Net Framework.

9. An understanding of SharePoint.

4. 具备良好的电脑系统硬体、软体、电子邮件、网络和相关设备的綜合问题解決能力。
5. 具有网路概念、架设、维运相关知识，能对一般区域网故障进行分析、判定与排除异常。
6. 具有ERP系统维护经验,及 Web form 表单撰写及维护经验.(熟SQL/.Net/C#/Javascript) 。
7. 具有 Microsoft Office 365 系統维护及管理经验。
8. 具备良好的资讯系統规划和管理能力。

1. 需三年以上至五年內，相关工作经验。
2. 具备网路设备管理能力(Firewall、router、switch、storage、VPN)系統管理及相关经验。
3. 机房管理, (网络交换机/门禁监控设备, 不断电系統, 电话交换机,主机伺服器管理) 。
4. 具备网络/Windows/Linux 系統相关证照尤佳。
5. 具有ERP系統维护经验,及 Web form 表单撰写及维护经验.(熟SQL/.Net/C#/Javascript) 。
6. 具有 Microsoft Office 365 系統维护及管理经验。
7. 需具备良好之抗压性、执行力、问题解決能力，愿学习成長并挑战。
