Role & Responsibilities
? Ensure full understanding of all Hyperscale logistics operational & Delivery requirements across all Hyperscale customers
? Work closely with IGO & Supply chain to support all Hyperscale shipments ex LSTC through to delivery, ensuring that all key milestones and KPIs are met
? Work closely with Logistics providers to provide Best in Class delivery service in line with all Hyperscale delivery requirements to ensure the highest Customer Experience
? Understand deeply the e2e logistics Networks and work to ensure they are optimised and efficient e2e
? Interlock with CF & Supply chain teams to understand the customer requirements and provide a smooth and clear service offering
? Provide logistics pricing and network support to the Sales / Account / CF teams on RFQ / RFP activity
? Engage with the wider Hyperscale teams to advise on cost / network efficiencies and implement network changes where approved.
? Track and monitor Hyperscale backlog and shipments thru to delivery and provide key information up thru the mgmt chain to maintain e2e tracking of shipments

Position Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience required within a similar logistics role
? The candidate requires excellent written and spoken English, and to have strong professional communication and presentation skills.
? They should have experience in a fast moving logistics operations environment, and show a track record of strong team work in Global Companies, or across multiple countries.
? The position requires a good level of analytical and problem solving skills.
? Strong organization skills
? Computer proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and other MS applications
? Working knowledge of SAP preferred and Logistics Network Systems
