职位描述

Mission

Your mission is to guarantee and build the brand image of Motivi by managing all local marketing activities such as advertisement materials for the shops, CRM / VIP programs and other new media activities. In addition, provide support for shop network development.

He/she will achieve this mission by:

·Help HQ to develop and locally implement all marketing activities, including digital.
·Build up and maintain a strong link with VIP customers of North China
·Organize promotional activities in different markets and shopping malls
·Provide support to HQ on competitor activities and pricing levels
·Assist HQ in developing and executing the yearly Retail Development plan and maintain regular shopping mall relations

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing
·Give input to HQ on overall marketing and promotional needs for North China
·Manage and implement all Store Marketing and Promotional activities, such as printing posters, coordinate with the Retail and VM departments to get all installed in the stores.
·Propose and manage CRM and VIP activities suitable for the local market.
·Propose and coordinate digital activities and support national Weibo development.
·Collect and evaluate competitive activities such as promotions, VIP management and product pricing.
·Negotiate ads and display space with shopping malls
·Provide input for annual budget planning.
·Cost and quality control of the BTL material

2. Retail Development
· Support and coordinate with HQ on national Motivi store development strategy and follow up on needed actions in the local market.
· Maintain regular communication with Shopping malls and search the market for potential new projects
·Support shopping malls with promotional activities.


KPIs
· # of VIPs and activities implemented
·Brand Awareness and Image statistics
·Success of promotional activities (sell-out)
·Success of implementation of RD strategy




Requirements:

Experience / Skills Required

Personal Competencies/Attributes
·Must be very active, self-motivated and creative, with a good sense of logic and data.
·Strong organization, inter-personal, strong communication, analysis, and problem solving ability and skills
·Be fluent in English both of spoken and writing. (Must proof this in probation )
·Be available for business trips

Knowledge / Experience
·2-3 years marketing experience in Fashion Retail, ideally with VIP management know-how.
·Retail development experience and market knowledge, a real advantage.
·Be “digitally literate” meaning good knowledge of the (mobile) internet and how to use this for commercial and promotional purposes.

Educational Background
·University degree, major in marketing preferred.

PC Skills
·Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
