概述：

• 通过编程，设置和操作计算机数控(CNC)机器来生产机械加工零件；维护质量和安全标准并定期记录数据；设备维护工作。

岗位职责：

• 根据产品生产工单、图纸和材料进行加工计划；
• 生产工具及生产路径程序编写；
• 通过提升面板加载进给机构；
• 根据质保程序及要求检测故障以保证机器参数；故障排除；调整和重新编程控制；
• 按照安全生产的法规要求安全操作；
• 按照厂商说明做好故障排除工作，定期做好预期保养工作以维护设备；
• 做好设备操作记录、异常记录，保证作班次之间的连续性；
• 完成生产和质量日志记录具体操作。

岗位要求：

• 熟练操作CNC设备，专业知识雄厚
• 有至少一年以上的CNC工作经验
• 服从管理，态度端正，工作积极，有上进心
• 良好的领导及沟通技能
• 组织计划能力好
