Title: Sourcing/QC 采购/质检助理

Responsibilities 工作职责

Your typical day may include:

日常工作内容

-Tools and Parts sourcing and management

零配件的 采购及管理

- QC support in SZ, including visual inspection, functional test, assign QC tasks to inspectors, upload inspection reports etc.

支援深圳办公室的质检工作，包括对产品进行外观检查、功能测试、安排检查任务给质检员、上传检查报告等。

- Engineering Administration support, such as Solidworks files cleanup and filename corrections (if needed)

支援工程文档管理，如Solidworks文件的清理及更名 (如需要）

- Data entry and modelling support for the motor catalogue conversion for marketing， if needed.

为市场部提供产品目录转换所需的数据录入及模型相关工作 （如需要）

- SZ shipment handling support, if needed.

需要时，协助收发货工作。

- Supporting the Shenzhen team to maintain a tidy and organized warehouse

协助深圳团队维护整洁、有序的仓库管理

Requirements职位基本要求

- Diploma graduation or above. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related displines preferred.

大专或以上学历。机械工程或相关专业优先。

- Two years working experience or above.

两年以上工作经验

-Good command of English. At least good at writing and reading.

英文良好, 至少可书面读写沟通无障碍。(必须项，不符勿投）

-Experience in QC preferred (especially motor or mechanical parts QC)

具质检经验优先(尤其是马达或机电产品)。

- Experience in purchasing or order follow up preferred.

具采购或外贸跟单经验优先。

- Familiar with Solidworks drafting preferred.

熟悉Solidworks机械制图优先。

-Good mechanical knowledge. Being familiar with common mechanical parts and related working principles.

具良好机械知识，熟识常见机械零件及相关工作原理优先。

- Self-disciplined; initiative and having a strong sense of responsibility

自律、主动并具高度责任心

- Proficient in use of IT: MS Office, email, online search etc.

熟悉常用电脑操作: MS Office, 电邮及网上搜索等

-Basic computer trouble shooting ability preferred.

具备基本的电脑故障排除能力优先。

- Full time, 5 day working week (Monday - Friday)

全职工作，五天工作制（周一至周五）

- 9:00am ~ 6:00pm day with 1 hr lunch

周九晚六，午休一小时

- Based in Luohu, Shenzhen

工作地点：深圳罗湖嘉里中心

- 18 days paid holiday, plus 11 days PRC statutory holidays, plus birthday off

- Probation period: initial 3 months of employment
