Position 职位：MKT Promotion Supervisor 市场推广 /校园渠道拓展专员（储备主管）

Location工作地点 Shenzhen Office：深圳

Job Responsibility & Accountability：

岗位职责：

1、负责托福、雅思等考场以及学校、公司周边的推广宣传工作。

2、开拓和维护区域内初中、高中、大学、国际学校等校园招生渠道，收集客户信息及行业动态；

3、与校方或学生社团合作组织策划讲座、联谊、地推活动等，达到提升公司校园影响力以促进公司招生工作；

4、发展和管理校园代理、***的相关工作，挖掘潜在市场；

5、开发和回访客户，并做好跟踪维护；

6、维护校园渠道关系并根据情况进行需求分析，达成多种模式的合作计划；

7、协助部门主管完成业绩任务及日常工作。

Job Requirements:

任职要求：

1、大专或以上学历，市场营销、法律、教育培训等相关专业；

2、具备一定的市场推广和渠道拓展经验者优先；

3、具备较强的商谈和交际能力；

4、良好的数据分析能力，重视细节；

5、性格坚韧，具备良好的应变能力和承受压力能力；

6、热爱教育事业，具有极强的责任感和良好的团队合作精神。

Compensation and welfare：

薪酬福利：

1、高底薪+丰厚提成

2、签订正式劳动合同，缴纳五险一金

3、做五休二制，每天工作8小时

4、享受国家带薪休假、法定节假日
