职位描述

Position Description: ? Responsible for incubating Go-To-Market channel and business model for 5G/connected devices for Lenovo Consumer Segment. Products include Connected PC, tablets, and new consumer technologies. 1) Drive and maintain relationships with mobile operators covering Asia Pacific and PRC. 2) Responsible for identifying opportunities, quantifying the ROI & risks and driving sell-in and enabling sell-out of connected device portfolio. 3) Navigate and operate effectively in a matrix organization. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations. 4) Deliver on revenue and other financial targets while managing performance monthly between business operations, sales, finance, and marketing teams ? Tailor the product offering and GTM model based on in-depth understanding of channels’ and end-customers’ needs/wants. 1) Understand mobile operator operating model, product portfolio and pricing trends and possess an ability to find opportunity that can result in overall business growth; 2) Understand end customer’s needs/wants for product/portfolio offering and their buying behavior; Optimize the GTM model that addresses the customer’s needs/wants; 3) Develop negotiating strategies; examine risks and potentials; estimate customer’s objectives and drive across organization to land wins in the “Always Connected” PC strategy. 4) Be the voice of the customer to internal teams ensuring that customer’s needs are identified, and execution is flawless. Position Requirements: 1. Bilingual in Chinese and English, Japanese speaking will be a plus. Be able to conduct clear and concise communication when presenting in front of large mobile operators. 2. Extensive experience (10+ years) in retail, B2B, and distribution with mobile technology. 3. Intimate understanding of the business drivers and economics that lead to Carrier Network initiatives. 4. Contract negotiation and retail pricing experience including business model development. 5. Strong communication skills, open mind and with a multi-cultural mindset 6. Must be able to develop new channels of sales and aggressively grow existing channels.
