Job Responsibilities

1.     Responsible for daily account booking

2.     Preparation for monthly closing required documents

3.     Monthly BCS file preparation and upload

4.     Maintain fixed assets register

5.     VAT invoice issuance upon request

6.     Collect VAT invoices from vendors and reconcile with account book

7.     Prepare all analysis and working papers used for preparation of tax returns and related filings

8.     Assist different purpose auditing (internal and external), including audit schedule preparation and responding to audit inquiries

9.     Responsible for ICS execution

 

Job Requirements

 

-       Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Taxation, Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus.

-    3+ years of accounting or tax experience, B2C experience is a plus.

-       Excellent computer skills required - Excel a must, familiar with Kingdee system operation

-       Highly active and enthusiastic for the job, strong communication

-       Self-starter. Works independently. Highly organized thinker. Strict adherence to deadlines.
