任职资格：

1，大学本科类学历，理工类或者工业工程类的相关专业;

2，要求有8年以上工作经验，熟悉手机产品、笔电产品、人工智能、汽车电子之一生产工艺；

3，从事质量管理5年以上, 对质量管理的KPI运作、流程运作有比较丰富的经验;

4，有3年以上的带领团队的经验;

5，对质量管理体系运作的流程与操作规范比较熟悉，包括组织的运作、目标管理、流程运作熟；

6，具备一定的 IE 常识, 对产能、效率的改进有一定的判断力与指导;

岗位职责

1，对交付质量部的质量管理流程、规范统一规划, 策划工厂质量管理变革与创新; 制定全球一体化工厂的质量管理的操作流程管理基线及操作规范；

2，打造全球一体化的质量数据管理平台, 拉通各工厂的质量水准.依据后台监控的数据对各工厂质量管理情况及时预警;

3，制定交付质量部的各岗位的资源配置标准、并对接HR 提供人力资源保证, 并制定培训计划并落地实施, 提升团队能力;

4，对接交付部门, 依据外协厂的资源与能力, 合理调配产能及各工厂的客户群及提前应对方案,打造全球交付、质量一盘棋;

通讯业务板块

半导体业务板块
