We are looking for a Financial Manager for our young and dynamic team. Your tasks will include:


- Check invoices and make the entries accordingly
- Ensure bookkeeping accuracy in timely manner
- Management of account payables and receivables
- Responsible of monthly/annual financial reports according to the requirements of local government /HQ in Europe
- Responsible of analysing the results
- Monthly tax refund declaration, and other foreign invoice procedures
- Responsible for external audits, annual examinations required by governments, income tax declarations
- Responsible of maintaining good relationships with tax authorities, auditors and other local authorities
- Management of accounting system and financial process as well as daily financial procedures
- Provide professional financial advice, e.g. tax related, accounting law related and other related issues to GM
- Lead the finance team and co-operate closely with other team managers
- Develop the whole business unit as a member of the business unit management team
- Other tasks assigned by GM



We expect you to have relevant education, positive and self-driven attitude, nice personality, quick learning skills and flexibility.


Other requirements:


- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Good English skills (spoken & written)
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in accounting, accounting experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
- International experience is required
- Experience of international accounting & financial laws
- Familiar with Chinese accounting and tax regulations and local regulations
- Teamwork abilities and ability to take initiative
- Quick learner, good communication and coordination skills
- High sense of responsibility, good professional ethics (honest, objective and trustworthy), careful/detail oriented
- Solid experience of financial software and MS Office software (Word, Excel)
- ERP system experience
- Capability to plan own work and respect deadlines
- Holds Chinese accountant qualification
